Terms of service
Clear rules for a shared space.
These terms govern your use of ZonaVecina's website and Android app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
ZonaVecina helps residential communities organize members, shared facilities, schedules, invitations, and bookings. The MVP is provided without a subscription charge. Internet access, devices, community services, or other third-party costs remain your responsibility.
ZonaVecina is an organizational tool, not an emergency, security, property-management, payment, or legal service.
2. Accounts and access
- Provide accurate account and profile information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- Use only your own account and do not share passwords or verification codes.
- Join a community only when invited or otherwise authorized by that community.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account until you report a compromise. Accounts are intended for adults or people otherwise authorized to participate in the community.
3. Communities and administrators
Community administrators configure names, housing, facilities, schedules, booking limits, invitations, media, and member roles. They must have authority to manage that community, grant access carefully, and keep configuration and membership information accurate.
ZonaVecina does not appoint, supervise, or act as a community administrator and is not responsible for a community's internal decisions or rules.
4. Bookings
A booking records the use of a shared facility in ZonaVecina. It does not override community bylaws, posted rules, safety requirements, closures, maintenance, or decisions made by an authorized administrator.
Use bookings in good faith, cancel those you no longer need, and do not try to bypass availability or limits. Connectivity or service failures can delay updates; confirm time-sensitive arrangements according to your community's normal procedures.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access or expose a community, account, invitation, image, or booking without authorization.
- Harass people, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, or reveal private information improperly.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, automate abusive requests, or bypass security and booking controls.
- Use ZonaVecina for fraud, commercial spam, surveillance, or any illegal activity.
6. Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights you have in images and information you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to authorized community members and service providers solely to operate ZonaVecina.
Only upload content you are allowed to use. ZonaVecina's software, brand, interface, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ZonaVecina reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures, or circumstances outside our control. Features can change as the MVP develops.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that community information is always complete and current. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We or an authorized community administrator may restrict access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or manage community membership. We will use proportionate measures where reasonably possible.
You may stop using ZonaVecina and request account deletion at any time. See the account-deletion page for the manual MVP process.
9. Privacy, updates, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@zonavecina.app. Applicable mandatory law and the competent courts determine any dispute that cannot be resolved directly.
