Account control
Delete your ZonaVecina account.
Users of the ZonaVecina Android app, package com.kamisoft.neighborzone, can request deletion of their app account and associated account data here.
Request deletion
Send the request from the email address used to sign in whenever possible. If you used Google sign-in, use the email linked to that Google account. Do not send passwords, confirmation links, or verification codes.
Email deletion requestWhat to include
- Sign-in email: the email used with email/password or Google sign-in.
- Profile name: the full name shown in ZonaVecina, if configured.
- Community: a community name you belonged to, if you remember it.
- Approximate last use: the date or month you last accessed the service.
We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting account-linked data. That confirmation will not require your password or verification codes.
From the Android app
Open ZonaVecina, go to Preferences, then Legal and help, and choose Delete account. The app opens this page so you can initiate the manual MVP process.
Data deleted
After ownership is verified and any required community-administration handoff is resolved, the request covers account-linked data controlled by ZonaVecina, including:
- Your Supabase Authentication account and sign-in identifiers.
- Your private profile, avatar selection, notification preferences, and active memberships.
- Private media or invitation data linked solely to your account where deletion does not expose or break another user's data.
- Support data tied directly to the request when it is no longer needed.
Data that may be retained or anonymized
Shared reservation, membership, invitation, facility, or community-administration records may need to be anonymized, reassigned, or retained in limited form so other members' booking history and community configuration remain consistent.
We may also retain limited records where required for legal obligations, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Service-provider backups and security logs expire according to their own limited schedules.
Timing
We aim to process a valid request within 30 days after verifying ownership. We will contact you if an administrator handoff or other information is required. Backup copies and provider security logs may take up to 90 days to expire unless a longer period is required by law or for a documented security reason.
Privacy policy
